Sizing

Please ensure that you place and check your order carefully.

ALWAYS MEASURE YOURSELF BEFORE ORDERING !

Better still, get someone else to do it for you  -  most of us have yo-yo-ing figures!

Never guess your measurements!

Remember a corset cannot be altered once made, and returns will not be accepted for incorrect sizing information.

For this reason no sizing charts are given, we do not sell 'off the peg' garments.

Overbust Corsets are made specifically to your own bust, underbust, waist and hip measurements. They are a typical standard length of approximately 15” down the front busk line.

Underbust Corsets are made to order by your waist measurement, however we also consider your underbust and hip measurements to ensure a correct fit. They are a typical standard length of approximately 11” down the front busk line.

Our corsets are sized to include open lacing detail at the back.

(This also allows the wearer some flexibility in the event of weight change, as our corsets cannot be re-sized.)

Should you wish for a closed back please order the addition of a modesty panel, or adjust your measurements accordingly. If in doubt, please contact us by telephone or email prior to placing your order.

The strength of our garments, and the individual construction of every order, enables the wearer to include an allowance of up to 4” waist reduction. Remember to include this in the final waist measurement given on your order. (i.e. if you have a 34” waist and want to reduce your waist by a full 4” then you must enter 30” as your waist measurement)

Do not order a corset more than 4" smaller than your natural waist measurement. It is also recommended that your waist be trained gradually to gain a full 4" reduction.

The corset sizings offered are for Women's Corsets only.

Male corsets are cut differently and therefore must be ordered through our Bespoke Service.

Where to measure!

  • The bust - raise the arms to shoulder height and measure the fullest part of the chest
  • The underbust - again, raise the arms and slip the measure immediately underneath the bust.
  • The waist – measure your natural waistline, which will be the narrowest part.
  • The hips - measure the fullest part around your hips.

Please be as accurate as possible when filling in your sizes on the order page.
